A safe return to daily life and sport after injury, surgery or overload, with a clear build-up and personal guidance.
Rehabilitation means building capacity step by step without overloading tissue. After surgery, an accident or sporting overload we guide mobilisation, strength and coordination so you become ready for daily life and sport again.
In sports physiotherapy we look beyond the injured structure to the whole movement pattern. Nerve mobilisation, stabilisation and functional training help reduce compensations and lower the risk of setbacks. The plan stays transparent: you know why an exercise matters now and when the next stage begins.

What is included
- 01
Rehabilitation after surgery to joints, spine or soft tissue
- 02
Aftercare following accidents, sprains and sports injuries
- 03
Sports physiotherapy for a return to training and competition
- 04
Nerve mobilisation for radiating symptoms

Who it is for
For patients after surgery or injury, athletes with overload complaints, and anyone who wants to walk, work or train safely again. Also suitable when pain radiates into an arm or leg and the nervous system needs to be included.
How a session works
We assess pain, mobility, strength and what you can already do in daily life. From that we build a staged plan. Sessions mix hands-on techniques with guided training on the mat or equipment. You practise with us in the clinic and take home clear tasks matched to healing stage and goals.
